How to use

We have all heard your arm is a whip. Start from the tip of the whip and work backwards.

Get comfortable just popping the swing arm in front of you. Once you have a clean consistent click in front of you. Slow add more of your throw mechanics. Start with your putting stroke, then move to your C2 stroke, then upshots, and drives.

This is a great tool to practice snap. I like the immediate feedback and love using it while watching TV to build muscle memory of what a great snap should feel like. After using it for a few days I went out to play and am getting way further with my throws than I previously ever managed. Now birding some of those long holes that previously I would only dream of parring. I can imagine it's a great tool for warm up too.

Really thought this was something other than it is. Looks and feels homemade. If you have thrown a few disks in your life, this is absolute useless. The web site should inform this is for fresh players who don't have a clue how to throw a disk. Maybe a noob can learn anything from it but one glance at any youtube video on the topic would do more. I'm sorry but it is what it is.

I feel it doesn't change anything. The 'snapping' happens whether I try or not, like the mechanism moves too easily. Shipping was fast and easy.

In the world of dg training tools this one is great to use when you dont have access to the field.

Do I need one for each hand?

Yes. Backhand and forehand spin different ways, so you'll want the version that matches each throw.

Will this actually change my real throw?
