How to use

We have all heard your arm is a whip. Start from the tip of the whip and work backwards.

Get comfortable just popping the swing arm in front of you. Once you have a clean consistent click in front of you. Slow add more of your throw mechanics. Start with your putting stroke, then move to your C2 stroke, then upshots, and drives.

Do I need one for each hand?

Yes. Backhand and forehand spin different ways, so you'll want the version that matches each throw.

Will this actually change my real throw?

Yes. It trains the exact release point and wrist snap that control disc flight. If snap was an issue for you, expect to see significant improvements in distance and golf line shots for the same level of effort.

Is it durable?

Yes. The plastic body is UV and weather resistant. The arm is made of A36 Steel.

Is it safe to use?

Yes. This product is targeted to those who are throwing less than 450 foot golf lines or 70mph.
